  • Exercise authorization, modification, supersession, and final-disposition rules.
  • Interrupt transfer and synchronization at defined lifecycle states.
  • Introduce stale, partially synchronized, and conflicting records.
  • Measure whether authoritative state and retained evidence can be reconstructed.
